I bike when people are all in church, a great time with little people on the road, then it is Sunday lunch, so I’m all alone other than the occasional sport cyclist. And I then stop next to a lake, there are tons around. The national park is absolutely beautiful. The roads can be tough, no easy riding, and the wind is killer. But the sun shines, and there is little traffic, animals, and nature.
I am in Lithuania soon, and I don’t know what to expect. Until the border everything is ok.
Well, like always, border crossings are shit, I end up stuck behind barbed wire, but at least I can hop over the fence since we are then in the Schengen area. I am getting really exhausted, and the wind really picked up facing me. I have to bike 30km on a very busy road, getting passed every 10 seconds by trucks and cars. These last 2 hours were terrible and not enjoyable at all.
I finally arrive in a small hotel, same post-biking routine, then pizza and Miami grand prix.
